To manage multiple holiday homes in Dubai or beyond, start by registering a mainland company. It is recommended to begin with a small number of partners, as DTCM requires a certificate of good conduct for all owners, partners, and the managing director.

Ensure you have an office space with a 1-year Ejari rental agreement, as this is necessary for the licensing process.
